About this request

You may request deletion of personal data that SHAART USA LLC holds about you. We process all valid requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).

Who controls your data

SHAART USA LLC operates a Software-as-a-Service platform used by independent businesses ("Customers") to manage their own operations, including their leads and customer relationships.

  • If you created an account directly with us, we are the data controller for your account data and you may submit this form.
  • If your data was collected by a business using our platform (for example, you became a lead in a real estate agent's CRM via our software), that business is the data controller. You should contact them directly. We will also forward your request to them for action.

What happens next

  1. You receive an email confirmation with a reference number.
  2. Our privacy team verifies your identity (we may email you).
  3. We identify all data we hold linked to your request.
  4. If a Customer (business using our platform) controls the data, we forward your request to them.
  5. We delete the data we control. Anonymized records may be retained for legitimate purposes (e.g., audit logs required by law).
  6. You receive a final confirmation email when complete (within 30 days).

What is retained after deletion

Some records are retained for legitimate, lawful purposes after personal identifiers are removed:

  • Audit logs (required by compliance) — anonymized, kept up to 7 years.
  • Financial records (required by tax law) — kept per jurisdiction (typically 7 years).
  • Backups — purged on next backup rotation (typically within 35 days).
